WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All of our jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment.
We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from delivery.
Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
Repairs will not be made on items when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.
All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a copy sales receipt.
We do not cover lost items.

If your item is older than 90 days, you will be charged for basic repairs and return shipping. Any item that needs to have metalwork, replacement stones or refurbishment will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected by our goldsmiths.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Please note, because all our items are handmade with specially selected stones, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item manufactured within the last year, we may suggest a replacement of similar value from the current line.
Please allow 4 to 12 weeks from the date the item is received at our Antwerp workshop for your repair to be completed.
